Two months left in 2011
2011 is a strange year. It has been a good
break from the hectic life of the past
years.
I don't know how it will feel like when
I eventually get a job.
At the moment, I am enjoying every
bits of my freedom. It is liked I have
been squeezed thoroughly for
the past five years.
It was physically and mentally rather
draining. So this year was liked
going from 120 km/h to 75 km/h,
which is really v welcoming.
My body has been battered. After spending
loads of $$$, my troubled back haven't
been completely healed. I see it
as one of my #1 aim this year:
to eradicate the pain forever.
At the moment, I have
not been successful.
I went to a few doctors and the feelings I
get is that most of my body "parts"
are working well, which is
kinda expected, after all
I am still young.
However, a car with one of its wheel spoilt
is rather redundant; that is the problem
with my shoulder and upper back
pain.
I can't run nor swim at a reasonable speed,
though thank goodness my joints are
still as flexible and I can still dance.
I remember telling someone I loved
about my bad patch theory. She
joked and ask me when is my
string of flu going to end.
This year my string of flu has finally
ended. After being forced
to be a flu lover
for the best part of 4 years, I
kinda figure up why the bugs
love me so much.
It's not rocket science. I think it was really
very bad posture that stresses my
upper body. The flu finally left
me after my hiatus from lab.
I hope the hiatus is permanent though.
I would love to try out something
new.
Is bad patch gonna end?
I have a feeling it is going to end. Things
are starting to improve.

Over the weekend, I was at Junwei's place
to play mahjong and the cardgame
'Three Kingdom'.
I intro the game to a couple of them & they
like it quite a lot.
Teaching them was surprisingly a breeze. I
remembered pal Maggie had a rather
hard time explaining to us. She was
very patient though.
The beauty of the game is that you can
roughly gauge a person personal style
from the way they play the game.
You can tell the brave one, the instinctive
type, the aggressive one and the
shrewd/cunning type just from
the way they play the game.
Playing the game with KK & pals and
Junwei & pals are totally different
kind of experience, but fun
anyway.
I like teaming up with Junwei. He is the brave
type and a man of action, haha. He does his
job, no doubt about that.
I am a difficult person to read in the game
and in real life. But, I am at heart
a team player though my
actions in the game
are nt tt obvious.
I like team sports. The
camaraderie of being together is very
infectious, that I think is the
charm of it.

Met with university pals TF, GH, KS and YK over
for pizza. It has been a while since we last met.
We used to be rather close while we were in
university. I guess it is inevitable but
I guess everyone hasn't really
change that much.
There are still a lot of laughter and fun being with
them. I guess we have quite different personality
but the chemistry is still very good.
TF told me he has been clubbing very frequently.
So I guess, I have found myself another
clubbing pal. At a bbq, another of
my frenz also told me he wld
love to club before the end
of the year.
I haven't got sick of clubbing primary because
music, bass and energy are my adrenaline.
I also tried not to do it so often. When
something become as routine as a
daily bread, the magic will
definitely be gone.
