October - A New Beginning


I started bladeing again on the
first Sat of October


I was with Yihao who was on his bike.
It was a bright sat morning n
I realised i missed ECP a lot


The golden sand n the blue
sea never fail to brighten
my mood & I was chatting
with Yihao as he cycled
& I blade along ECP

Halfway thru we saw Junwei...
it had been eight mths since
we last saw him so we
were both v happy


Junwei is the guy who intro
me to bladeing one yr
ago ... so I was v
happy to see him again ...
always admire his courage
& the zest and focus he
has on the things he care abt


bladeing is v fun ... but I need
to gain the confidence
to blade as fast
as Junwei


It's nt enuff to balance well ...
I hate to be overtaken so
one day I hope to blade as fast
as Junwei

I have signed up the 21 km run with
Sinwah. JJ & Kelvin had also
signed up for the 10 km run


3 yrs ago ... I ran the marathon
together with Kwunho... halfway
thru ... Kwunho has a muscle
strain so I completed the other 21 km
by myself


this year, I hope to complete the 21km
together with Sinwah ... nvr mind
the time, nvr mind the
speed ... it's matter most
to complete the race
together with a close
frenz


2 days after the marathon ... I will be
on my way to Bali with JJ, PT, Vivian,
Jayce, DL. This will be
my second overseas trip this year.


It has been a turbulent year so I
decided to go for one more trip.
More importantly, I have
rejected their invitation
so many times until
I kinda embarassed


They are all looking forward to it, & so am
I.

went to Sammi's concert on 13 Oct...


after so many years she's
still as good


I like her energy n tt
soulful voice


Karen told me when she
first started out ... her voice
was pretty bad ... she
let me listen to a clip
n she's right


It shows tt when u
look at it ... there's
a lot of hard work
behind every success


the concert was a huge success.
only complaint is the fans
shld be more ONZ ...


the stadium was packed ...
but where is the noise...
where is the excitement ...
my block was so bloody quiet ...
luckily my pals were quite
sporty to get 'high' with me...
things cld have been better ...
but it's gud enuff ...

Sinwah liked the song "traffic light
(direct translation"). The lyric
is v meaningful. I sort of
thot abt my situation &
it kinda makes me kinda
doleful. But I guess ...
there's always an urge
to cross the other side
of the road even when
the light is red ... sometimes,
the temptation is too strong ...
if u miss the moment ...
u feel u will regret ...


nxt time I will go the
Hongkong concert with
Sinwah if there's a chance

Hostel mate, Cliff, was back in Singapore, so
we met up for dinner.


Still as awe-inspiring as before. The
first time I entered my room, he wasn't
ard... so I looked at a photograph
on the table & I thot to myself
"this guy might be an
Indonesian"


We got along v well ... if I had
more spare time ... it could
be super duper fun


dinner was fun ... we just
talked n people-watch ...


he kept trying to help
me to forget abt some painful
matters ... I think
it sorts of soothes my heart


anyway, i always believe in this
"痛会随着时间好一点“.


I hope overtime I will liberate
my heart completely and
have no resentments towards
Phoenix


I will like to believe tt sometimes
we don understand the opposite
sex tt y we always
end up hurting each other
