Goodbye 2012!

2012 was a super duper busy year.

I always frown when people said "Busy
is good". I have never agree and
still have not.

I think being busy is not always productive.
Of course, the plus side is that one
will not actually get bored.

But being purely busy is a zero sum game.
I have never like being busy because
in the past all my breakthrough
occurred when I was relaxed.

For the past few years, I was like
a relegation threaten soccer
team, just trying to make
sure that I got my
postgrad degree.

It was no fun because you can't be yourself.
But 'escaping relegation' is always a
very pleasurable thing. I know I
don't have to live like a dog
anymore. Arsene Wenger
once said "If you live
like a dog, then
what is the
point."

I totally agree. After my convocation, I told
myself I am going to quit living like
a dog. I don't wanna be
surrounded by fear
anymore.

It is time for more breakthrough!

I have a soft spot for Puma and I chance upon some
of the black label design shoes by chance. Isn't
them beautiful.

I like the second best and the concept for the
third one was cool. I saw the third one
at Wisma but I just couldn't bear
to part with $200 plus because
it is quite a simple construct.

I guess some thing are meant to be enjoy and
not to be owned. After all watching your
pair of shoes get 'old' isn't really a
wondrous experience. Well,
what a sour grape!
