Creative X-mod is the
best accessory you can get
for your mp3 player


November used to be exam period, but
nowadays November are
more relaxing, more abt
slowing down & planning for
the vacation

I only have one exam paper for this
year end & it's rather
hard to fail

I have been to Marina Square for a
couple of times since
October ... it's a
cool shopping mall ... much better
than Plaza Singapura

Plaza Singapura is a BORING, BORING
place, but at least it proves
that success is about 'LOCATION
LOCATION & LOCATION'

On 2 days, I visited the
Creative shop @ PS ... I was
keen to check up Creative
X-Mod, it's a small device
tt improves the quality
of ur MP3

Basically, a good sound
card but a poor pair of speakers is
as good as nothing. A good sound Card + speaker
doesn't really matter
if u r listening to MP3.


MP3 sounds flat, disappointing
but u PAY the price
for the CONVENIENCE

If there is no trade-off, things will
be more perfect; X-Mod is
the ANSWER!!!


Like what it poster advertises, X-Mod
delivers studio grade music... I
tried it & it's really
that amazing

At $135, X-Mod is reasonably priced ...
I'm eyeing the X-Mod for next
year


On Fri, I helped Cheehong hosted
his group of friends from overseas

They were from diverse countries but
communication weren't a problem

They were nice & friendly. CH spent
a lot showing them ard so I chipped
in & treated them to dessert & oyster
omelette.


I was the camera-man as usual, but
it's a strange feeling holding a
camera; I haven't taken
a picture in like mths. I doubt
my camera is in my drawer
anyway

Tourists buy things which local
don't give a damn; this I
knew too often & I
kept my amazement to
myself.


The afternoon just drifted away
& I had dinner with
Kian Leng @ the food
court @ Marina Square;
I supposed this must be
the FOOD COURT with
the best view in Singapore


I was juz too tired, so I juz sat
down & Kian Leng bought
the food ... boss called & persuaded
me to take on at least one
assignment nxt year

I guess boss is gutted to see
me leaving the centre ... &
I'm gutted too ... we have
nurtured a beautiful
working relationship over the
past years

Even after half an hour, our
conversation din progress much

Boss is totally persuasive; I
never met anyone as
persuasive as him.


Still, although Ky has
a soft heart sometimes, I din
agree tt Friday. I understand
my priorities so the decision was easy


I really LUV spending Friday out
with my frenzs. This year, such
luxury is rare, so I enjoyed every minute
of last Friday & last, last Friday


I spent the best part of Sat afternoon
@ East Coast ... there was the
triathalon, so I blade
@ the Bedok Jetty while
chatting with Yihao


The sounds of the sea is indeed
v rejuveinating. Still, at this moment
my bladeing skills can't make the cut
& my skin is dodgy, by mid-afternoon
I had got a red skin.


We shopped for presents, time flies but
we used the time v efficiently.
I think the longest we spent
was @ Jigsaw Puzzle world. I
had a penchant for jigsaw puzzles. The
one I bought is gonna be tough; the
colours doesn't vary too much, but I'm
resolve to complete it
by myself


Sat nite stretched on to Sun morning...
mum wasn't home so I
escaped a nagging session ... I lifted myself
to the driving sch after sleeping
for 4 hrs

I'm reaching the final phase of
my driving lessons ... still I'm
struggling for consistency

Consistency is ALWAYS a problem!!!


December is approaching ... What are your
thots for the year?


This year has so far being v v challenging ...
most times I cope well ... It was tough
in the beginning few mths when
I started working ... but things have
been sweeter in recent mths


My new resolution was gone by end
March ... illness free, tt
was the most AMBITIOUS
resolution I ever made ...
but tks to Manuka Honey
& Apple Cider Vinegar I have
been feeling healthy in
recent mths ... Nxt year I
will TRY this resolution again

This year, notably, I have tried
to maintain contacts with
most of my frenzs; few
enjoy working but pal
Cheehong likes it more
than studying. Most say
that there is less stress. Some
miss the camaraderie eastablished
in sch; I miss it too, it's strange
walking into the canteen &
having few pple
to say 'Hi' to.

Studying or working ... there
are both gd & bad ... as long as
one is mired in the past, one remains
stuck.


Knowing phoenix is of course one
of the sparkling moment of the yr.
Can our friendship takes a step forward?
I donno ... Maybe she can't forego her
freedom & I can't forego my pride...
