It's Raining Man!!!!
the last time i wrote here was like
nowadays my leisure time
has shrunk
I juz lied on my bed & the
next moment I'm
in dreamland ... tt
the gud thing abt
being realli bz
the other good thing
is to see my bank balance
grows
other then tt, u have
to be a freak
to realli luv working
life
colleague, Lewis, resigned
juz last week & I'm
alone in the lab
for long stretches again
but it's not tt bad, I
guess I will be
real busy v soon ...
but I DO miss
someone to chit-chat &
to discuss abt
soccer
without a colleague, I still
can cope so far; SO FAR
SO GOOD
the weather has got even
more stranger ... it rains
& rains in the afternoon
mum is a realist & she told
me for the past few
mornings tt it will rain
in the afternoon even
if it's sunny in the morning
being an optimist, I refuse
to believe ... I leave
home without an
umbrella umpteen
times
but so far the score is 4-0; I
haven't being rite.
Anyway, I don care abt
the weather. I don
even have time to enjoy the glory
of the sun, so
does it matters?
rainy days tempt to make
me more introspective; &
I find myself thinking
abt sweeter days, abt undergrad
days, abt the person I
like
Swedish frenzs will be cmg
in May or June, so I hope
I have time to show
den ard... now it
seems I have visitors
like every year
met up with Jayce, Pingting &
Stella last, last Sat, it was like
the first time the four of
us met up after Sweden
anyway, we never
ran out of things to say &
the hours juz
evaporate
they 'chatised' me about
triple-timing, after hearing
tt my holiday
destination has changed
again !!!
I agree when it comes
to holiday, i'm super
'fickle-minded'; now
my preferred destination
is Mongolia
In the book '1001 places
you should visit before you die', there
is a few glorious pictures
of Mongolia & now
I FEEL my heart is
in Mongolia ... haha
but don ask when I gg, now all
I could say is tt
nxt year I will most
prob go Bali ... tt
realli how much
I can afford
Singapore film fest was on Gd
Friday ... gosh this is
the first time tt I
don have to tink
abt exams while watching films
My eyes struggled but
passed the test of watching
2 films, Promise Me Not & Adam's Apple,
in one day
I was disappointed with 'Promise
Me Not'. I'm not
fan of movie which grabs
you by its poetic madness
Too many twists never fail to spoil
a movie ... tt is sth
I FIRMLY believe
BH & KL were oso surprised
by how the film turned up,
we were anticipating a
melodrama, but in the
end if one cries, it becuz
one LAUGHS too much
in contrast, Adam's apple
is a film worth catching, a film
worth every cents of the
entry ticket
Adam's apple is cool, philsophical,
entertaining, intelligent
& rejuveinating
Adam's apple will touch viewers
in a strange &
different way
I never know Dannish film
is this gud
Two down, three more to go.
In total, I guess I will
catch 8 movies in April.
SY has free movie tickets as
well ... if I have the luxury
of time... it might be
No. 9
