Have u tried ToastBox yet???


I asked a couple of friends whether they have tried
toastbox & they said they weren't impressed


Obviously, they didn't try their toasted
bread with pork floss ...
I can remember my mouthful, I loved
it den, I tried it yst & I'm
amazed I still love it


These days my appetite has been
v gud!!! I just feel really happy ...
mabbe it's becuz I haven't been
working for 2 days ... I just
feel I need a break & I glad
I have a long break ahead!!!


I thot I could write abt 2006 so
on a late sat morning, I decided
to do juz this ...


KL: "This year u haven't been
blogging a lot"
Me: "I didn't have too much
time on my desk, when I finally
find myself on the desk & I just couldn't
write"
KL: "I suppose u have posted on average
a post a mth"


This post will be the #24 post of the year.
I enjoy writing so I hope I will write
better piece next year.


At the end of 2005, I told a group
of friends at a cafe in cineleisure
that I wanted to keep 2006 simple. 2006
should be really simple &
my resolution then was to be
ILLNESS-FREE for the whole year!!!


The resolution went bust from March.
In total I was sick a STUNNING
5 times. After July, I discovered
Apple Cider vinegar & ever since
I'm only sick once.


2006 is never simple. I find
it too fast-pace, too hectic. I have
a crazy work schedule & then I start
bladeing & driving among other things.


Bladeing is special ... It's really
special to feel u are
ACTUALLY cruising. I will find time
to blade in 2007.


I din meet a lot of people in 2006. I think
it is more about maintaining & strengthening
current friendship. Right now, I only
want to mention three names, Justin, Phoenix & JL.


I remember sitting beside Vivian during immuno lesson
& she really don quite like the guy sitting opposite
her, tt person was Justin. She used to hurl
sarcastic remarks & I'm always amazed by it.
For me, I didn't really talk to Justin
during undergrad days. At tt time, I don tink
we cld be frenz. We started doing proj in
2005 & tt is when we started knowing each other.
Only in 2006, I realise we can click.
I think we have similar expectation about what
we want from our career although it's still quite
vague at this pt of time. We talk abt other things
but definitely lunch will be quieter after July 2007
when Justin & Stella will be leaving NUS.



Everytime I look into her eyes, I feel 2006 is just
special. When I saw her walking along the corridor,
once every week, I really wanted to know her.
Every moment with her is different; meeting her
is miracle. I think I will dread the day
when she leaves in Feb, but at the end of 2006
I'm glad to have met her, I couldn't
ask for anything more. I will always
remember this phrase from Fan Weiqi's
song "最初的梦想， 决对会到达". (Switch to unicode

& lastly, my colleague at work, JL has the
same birthday as me. Like me, she
also likes Chinese pop as well &
we have decided to "collaborate" on
exchanging songs in the future. How similar
are we? I'm not too sure, haha.
