CNY is coming to an end ... so
it's back to business ...


the Monday after the week long
holiday was quite sucky ...
it wasn't bad just tt
it was boring attending
lectures again


It just occur to me tt
I simply hate attending
lecture ... I just too hyper
to stay on the seat ...
& honestly I don't
enjoy intellectual debates


Of late, I have caught the bug
of watching 'Obama' video
clips ... whoa this guy
can really charm the

audience ... he's got
so much charisma to burn

race


Before the primary, Clinton
was like the runaway
leader ... how things
change ... I bet
she feeling gutted
abt it

On the third day of New Year, I
watched 'Old Garden' with
Kian Leng


I was surprised I enjoyed 'Old
Garden' a lot ... like
the 'President's Last Bang', 'Old
Garden' has a BIG impact on me ...


'Old Garden' is more mainstream ...
The vision of love shared by
the two characters in the show
is sth I believe in ...

Anyway, by the third day of
New Year, my throat was quite
in pain. I din eat enuff
pineapple tarts, bak kwa,
cuttlefish & egg rolls.

Feb hasn't been a very efficient
mth. I have been sick
since the first day of CNY


first it was sore throat, den
it was cough ... n den
headache ... on Sat
I hang out with JJ, Pt, Vivian
& Jayce & I drank
too much alcohol
so I got sore throat again


I just don't want to be a spoilsport
so I just continue
with them without
thinking abt my illness


still it was pure fun on
Sat ... haven meet up
since New Year Day


Anyway, I hope to be back at
work on Wednesday ...
I'm gg to start my research
work again ... though
I have plenty of setback last year
& in 2006, I think this year
will be different ...


like Obama said "This time
is different" ... haha

I took a leave on Monday ... din
go to sch on Tuesday ... so I haven
been working for the whole week


It's Friday evening & I'm
feeling so rejuveinated ...
have been sleeping long
hours for the past few
days


This year I won't be
doing a lot of painian ...
but as usual I
went to Yuansong's hse on the first
day of CNY ... on the second
day of CNY I played host ...
tmr will be Sinwah's turn


come to think abt it, we
have been frenzs for 10 years liao...
as time progresses, I
learnt to appreciate
the differences bet us ...


sometimes, I do miss
the cheeky Kwunho
as well as the fun Chunkiat.


with Chunkiat, there was always
fun. I admit I neglected
my frenzs all too often
& I told Phoenix before
tt I will change


I haven't been to my boss's place
becuz I'm juz too lazy
to do lotsa house
visiting... I just wanna
rest, rest & rest ...


den next Sat will
be the CNY party @ DL's place


the best new year dish so
far has to be the steamed crab
@ yuansong's place ... the crab
was very, very fresh ... thinking
abt it makes me hungry again


den yst, I watched Stephen Chow's movie
with my uncle & cousins. The show
wasn't fantastic but the female
teacher in the movie looks to
be a real babe... my cousin
was sitting beside me
& we all agree


other then tt, the movie
is juz a show which
u watch & forget
abt

after New Year my module
will be starting ...


I don hate my job but I
don look forward to it
either ... but this year
I want to finish at least
one section of my research ...


I hope by August I will
witness a new Chapter in my
life. I can't write about

some of the things
I'm working toward unless
I successfully completed
it ... but I promise
myself this time ard
I will no longer be as
half-hearted as before
