Busy, Busy, Busy ...


Jan was a completely opposite
month to Dec ... have to
try to work harder
so tt I can
graduate on time


sometimes in research there
are lotsa unforeseen cirumstances ...
& training pple on the job
is oso nt easy


It's really weird becuz over
the years I have like
4 attachment students for me
& I nvr tt it was gg
to happen


Sometimes i can have

high expectations but I try
to tamper my expectations
& try to encourage
the students when things
are not right although
I am equally frustrated
myself


In short, Jan was like v busy
but things are like nt quite
moving at the pace
tt I want

this year CNY is just 1 mth after
Christmas ... so it's really v fast ...
can't remember a time
when it's tt close


din do too much shopping becuz
post Christmas sales were
quite disappointing


I just got a sore throat so I'm
keeping my finger crossed
tt I will be well
before CNY ... but
for sure I will control
my consumption of
bak kwa and cuttlefish ...
cuttlefish is so nice especially
the sugar-coated one


other than tt I still don
quite have the mood for new
year ... yihao said it's too
near, I totally agreed!!!


KK told me tt Monkey

will have a great year ahead ...
tt will be great, a good
lucky patch tt
will see me complete all
my stuff on hand


for me I'm all geared up trying
to complete my PhD
project ... it's has
been a struggle but
I have finally started
writing my thesis ... haha ...
TODAY!!!


tt a lot of other "projects" tt
I have undertaken since 2008 ...
by end 2009 I hope to
conclude all of those n
usher in a slower but
more productive phase of my life

in January I went urban
skateing with Junwei + a few pple
Junwei met on the forum


they were all so pro so I was
really struggling try to keep
pace with them ... it was like
the blades were part of them ...


in the end, I blade with them
from Queenstown all the way to Kallang


they were really 高手!!! must try
to reach their level

I have finally completed the
refurbishment of my room ...
back in October, my room
was in a total mess
& unmanageable


I have taken a before & after fotos ...
will post it up one day
which I hope is soon


with all the new furniture,
all my mess is easily
managed ... becuz I can just
dump them into all the close door
drawers & no one can
see a thing ...


other than tt, I will be
starting another JC tuition ...
din ever think I will
take it ... but I think
I really enjoy teaching Jonathan
& I think he has great personality
so when his dad approached me
& asked me to continue, I think
I just couldn't refuse...


the family have treated me very
well ... in fact I am seldom
ill-treated by pple n frenzs
... but den
sometimes I take
pple for granted ...
this is sth I always
think I shld change ...
