Happy CNY to all

Time flies ... it's the fourth
day of CNY

Happy times always fly
away juz lidat

the hours evaporates like
the fresh scent of a flower

I like the preparation for the
new year ... & I like
the goodies, the fun
& the joy but
I HATE the aftermath

I HATE waking up the day
after CNY ...
hate the feeling tt
the celebration is over

even after so many years ...
CNY is still v fun

but the times of receiving
ang pao is cmg to an
end ... soon

my relatives joke tt as a toddler
I put my angbao under
the pillow & even
woke up in the
middle of the nite to
check whether it was there

Strangely, I was out shopping
for lotsa birthday
pressie tis January

Usually I don have to do
all the shopping ...
but my frenzs r all bz
... so I juz do it

Abel shopped with me on Mon
@ Parkway Parade

Parkway Parade brought back
lotsa memories ... lotsa of
it ... as a child and
an undergrad
I have fond memories of the plc

... it is much diff now

Abel juz waited for me patiently,
to sniff out items

in the end, I only bought
an item

& on Wednesday nite...
after chatting with
Vincent over msn ...
I finally decided on
the bdae pressie on Cheehong

the moment Vincent
suggested the idea ... I liked
it instantly!!

It was a gud gift ... Siangyong
agreed with me

I finally passed Rongzhang's age
old present to him ... I
felt a big load of stone
off my back

tt nite I shopped with
Stella + Siffanie ... we juz
talked throughout the nite
& we saw Steven Lim
juz outside CK Tangs

I was glad tt
I finished Bdae gift No.3 on tt
Wed nite... We even
managed to slash the
price by $3 at
Far East Square ... even
Singapore oso can
bargain ... haha

This year new year is GREAT FUN...
but I'm rather tired now!!!

I was wearing pink on the first &
third day of New Year

I ate a lot of cuttlefish
on New Year Eve ...
Cuttlefish is a worst addiction
den potato chips

Once u chew , u can't stop !!!

I feel quite blessed tt I don
have an allergy to cuttlefish

by the third day of new year,
all the cuttlefish in my home were
finished ... I went
to my tuition boss's home
to pai nian & just realised
he got one whole BIG
packet of cuttlefish ... I was
munching cuttlefish
& keropok at his plc

on New Year Eve, the crabs for
dinner were realli not
up to standard

It wasn't the cooking ... but
the crab itself ... it seems
male crab tastes better
den the female

we prayed @ the Teochew temple
juz @ 12 am sharp ...
it is a family routine ...
something we din realli miss
for years

sitting on my uncle's lorry... we
'cruised' along the busy streets of
Marina & Chinatown ... I reached
home juz in time
for Arsenal's match ... the
match was a disaster

but don't tell me ... Arsenal is in
crisis

it's a fault ... but I have a stubborn
belief in the things I support
& the people I like/love

Nothing can quite wear tt
belief away!!

I don have much dreams
during the whole 3 days of new year...
guess I'm juz too tired to
bother about tinking in my sleep

New Year is like being stuff
with goodies & seafood ...
seafood which exceeds
the amount u consume
in a year

Day 1: Dinner @ YS plc ... such
a massive of food !!!, crashing
with pple @ marina, supper &
soccer telecast

Day 2: Lotsa of relatives arrive
@ my place, hosting pals
YS & CK, Karaoke ... spending
the nite with cousins @ Hotel 81.

Day 3 ...

so I'm darn tired ... I will
stop writing lifeless stuff now
