Goodbye Nokia, Hello Samsung!!!


After 10 mths of experimentation
with Nokia ... I'm now
back w Samsung

so much has changed since
my first Samsung phone,
the IRRESTIBLE blue-i

now Samsung is much more
user friendly ... & more
value-added

the design is still there ...
but it's more value
for $$$

6 mths when I saw
Samsung X700 ... I thot
it was A VERY CLASSY candy-bar
phone ... it was like the
prince of candy-bar phone


& I LOVE candy-bar phone !!!

but i nvr expect having
to buy a phone w/o
contract so FAST ...

the owner of the fone
said she used it
only twice ... & everything
was intact ... so
we closed the deal at $350

it's the first BLACK thing
I own ... I nvr like
BLACK ... but I like
X700 ... becuz it's is
so omniverous in its design ...
it like a business-class phone
tt looks perfectly in place
when u are out having fun

I hope it will last...

Flu strikes again ...

My body has became so fragile ...

So my new year resolution has
GONE BUST!!!

is a great month to rest,

In June, there is the World Cup,
the great Singapore Sale & loads of Sun


Sun is enough to smoothen all the frown
on my face

I have decided to support France becuz
King Henry is playing ... I used to
detest the all-conquering French team

I ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS end
up loving the things I hate ...

I have "reincarnated" after
disappearing for so long ...

time juz passed ... i nvr knew
dining can last for4 hrs ...

Eugene asked me whether I'm keen on

Taiwan ... everyone ard
me seemed to be travelling &
travelling

I guessed it will be a stalemate
for me this yr

with my super sensitive throat ...
I don tink I can go
Taiwan & eat & eat & eat

Vincent told me he got a bit
of inflammation the first day he
was in Taiwan...


AT BEST, my throat will last one
day

JW recommends me a brand
of honey tt might be helpful ...
can u imagine a bottle of
honey that costs $40??

I can't imagine !!!


I'm building up my coffers for
nxt year ... Bali is my
MUST-GO destination ...

I want to immense in
the beauty of Bali after
seeing so many picture

went to catch the italian film
"First Kiss" with Kian Leng
last, last Monday

I nvr knew italian film
were so popular among local ...

"First Kiss" is an
awesome movie ...
the lead actress is like WOW!!!

wat a virtuoso performance !!!

"First Kiss" is altogether funny,
dramatic & quite insightful

It has a weird tempo & the mood
changes v fast

tis year I haven't watch
tt many Korean movies ... the direction
Korean cinema is gg
is tricky

with one movie per month screening
in Singapore, Korean movie
is picking up BUT

sometimes the selection are
not QUALITY


I remembered my first Korean movie,
Shiri. Whenever it rains, I recall
moments in the movie ... awesome
movies are like vintage
wine ... every recall
intensifies your feel for the movie

Work life is v busy, although
I try my v best to finish watever
I need to during office hours ...
I haven't work so much of OT so far

There's a lot of tricky issues
revolving ard the project, so it's
frustrating for me to solve one
& den see a new prob arising

Maybe it's becuz I'm paid...
tt y I felt a deep responsibility
to DELIVER ... so there's some stress


Boss has been OK & I have a
gud feel abt the proj ...
I nvr believe in doing
things which I don't believe in ..
this wasn't gg to be the exception.
